What happens if I can't attend the CMX exam?

If you are unable to attend the CMX exam you registered for, please contact us as soon as possible via the chat option on www.commercecertification.com or email us at certification@eicom.org. If you cancel 30 or more days before the exam date, you will get a full refund of the registration fee via the same bank account/payment method used during the registration process.

If you cancel or request a reschedule 2–29 days before the exam date, you will be charged the following fees: 
USD10 to cancel or reschedule CMX Level 1
USD30 to cancel or reschedule CMX Level 2
USD50 to cancel or reschedule CMX Level 3

In case of non-attendance on the exam day, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before the exam starting window, you will not be entitled to any refund. For more information, please read through our CMX Policies and Procedures.
