I love the exam because it makes you think. I've been in ecommerce since 1999. That tells you how old I am, but I still am thinking all the time and always learning and it's always changing. So I think that's why this test is every two years because so much is going to keep changing. But take the test, learn from it. If you don't pass what you know, what can you work on and take the test again because it's, it's very rewarding to know the information you need to really, truly drive the business of a website.
